Tips, Tools and Tutorials for a Successful Application 

​Soon we will upload the 2025/2026 scholarship instruction tutorial video.   We encourage all applicants to watch it.  It is created by two of our former winners.  The video answers all the questions that you might have, along with many other tips for a successful application. There are new things to consider this year, so be sure to watch the video in its entirety.  

Scholarships for the  2025/26 School Year 

To qualify for consideration, students are required to submit an executive summary of a business plan that includes a description of the business concept; a market analysis, including market need, competition and profit strategy; an operations plan and sales and marketing strategies. The application portal will open July 1, 2025 and the deadline for submission is October 31, 2025. Additional details and an application can be found at the links below.

About the Scholarship

The Progress 64 Entrepreneurial Scholarship aims to support, encourage, and foster young entrepreneurs who go to school and live in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or St. Charles County. One-year scholarships of up to $5,000 will be awarded to winning applicants for use at vocational schools or at two-and four-year colleges and universities in the upcoming academic year.
