Upon entrance to the Spirit of St. Louis Airport you will be on Spirit of St. Louis Blvd. Turn right on Edison Avenue (Spirit of St. Louis Blvd. ends at Edison Avenue.) Turn left into 1 st driveway/parking lot. You will be at the South Staging Gate (clearly marked on gate.) At call box dial #100.

Originally envisioned in the late 1950s by aerospace engineer and pilot Paul D. Haglin, Spirit Airport was born out of a need for a dedicated business aviation hub outside the increasingly congested Lambert Field. What began as a bold idea in the farmlands of “Gumbo” has grown into a nationally recognized executive airport, serving as a vital link for commerce, innovation, and connectivity in the St. Louis region.
