Michael Hurlbert, AICP, Director of Community Development for St. Charles County, Joins P64 Board

On behalf of the Progress 64 West Board of Directors, we'd like to welcome Michael Hurlbert to the board. Mike serves as Director of Community Development for St. Charles County. Michael has a unique skill set understanding both the public policy perspective and technical requirements needed to advance projects throughout the County. His experience with both the public and private sector is one of forming partnerships and working hard to achieve positive results.
